Pregnancy Symptoms

Pregnancy is the best and hardest thing a woman goes through. It is wonderful and mentally and physically changing experience. But most women should understand the early symptoms of pregnancy as it brings in lot of hormonal changes in the female body.

·        Periods - The first symptom is clear as the period does not arrive, but the pregnancy can be      confirmed through a pregnancy kit which can be used at home.

·       Morning Sickness - A famous symptom is morning sickness which in result drops the blood sugar    levels in the women. To avoid the same right amount of nutritious food intake is required.

·        Frequent Urination - Once the baby is conceived the embryo starts to emit pregnancy hormones,  this in turn results in frequent urination as the blood supply to pelvic area is increased.

·         Food Cravings – It is believed that when the women’s body has some deficiency of minerals or     vitamins, she craves for the same. Ideally junk and fatty food should be avoided and replaced with mill, eggs and fruits. Etc

·         Sense of smell – The sense of smell increases during pregnancy, especially the food and cooking  smells cause nausea.

·        Spotting – During the early pregnancy after 7-10 days of ovulation women may notice spotting, which is not red in color like normal periods but slightly pinkish. This happens due to the implantation of embryo into the uterus.

Getting pregnant is an experience worth it. Some women will find that they get too much emotional during pregnancy but it is a change in the hormones. The women’s body is making space for one more living being inside her body, it creates an environment for the baby to grow.
